金屬檢測機Metal Detector

金屬檢測探頭，配備自產皮帶式輸送機；當包裝袋通過此單元，如袋內含有鐵素體或非鐵素體，報警燈亮、蜂鳴器響，信號即發送給下游剔除機將不合格袋剔除出包裝生產線，同時用戶也可選擇動作連鎖功能：遇金屬物時，上游設備停車。

If any metal piece is contained in the filled bags, barrel or boxes, the buzz & indicating light in the local panel shall immediately alarm or send signal to the Sorting Device to reject the incorrect bag out of the Line , & also the unit is interlocked with the other units in the system.

重量復檢機Weight Checker

NWWC1200型重量復檢機由皮帶輸送機配備高精度傳感器感應包裝過后的包裝袋重量是否超差額定稱量精度范圍，如遇不合格袋，檢測重量控制儀即將不合格重量產生的信號傳遞給PLC，PLC即使報警燈亮、蜂鳴器響，通知下游自動剔除機將不合格包裝的剔除出包裝生產線，單元設備控制盒與系統實現動作聯鎖。

設定精度范圍：0～±200g
檢測精度：±10g
通過速度：正常16m/分，速度變頻可調
種類顯示：正常、差額、超額（每包精度、重量、包次、總數均顯示，并在顯示儀表中掉電保存，帶485或RS232C接口，可與DSC終端連接）

As the filled bags pass through the Weight Checker, the bags over/under weight shall be noticed on signal, the buzz & indicating light alarm & the incorrect signal will be sent immediately to the Bag Sorting Device which rejects the incorrect bag out of the Line.
