Like many CTOs, I have trusted Cisco and it's subsidiaries with everything but the most sensitive data, betting the farm on the company's ethics and discretion. This is truly a hearts and flowers kind of day. After months of rebuilding, our project server is back up and running. There have been some adjustments to various project and we are looking into a new area of interest. 3D printing. We are working on a new version of the firewall and server as well. Our hiatus led us to investigating some issues that we had with the quality of the flash drives we were using and possible replacements.
Life has been full of surprises. Three months after launching our new website and developing a new product line, we literally have had to start over from square one. First off, we changed locations. After working out of a home office for seven years, we moved the business into a main street office. New habits, new surroundings and a different business model has kept us hopping. As hoped, the move invigorated the business and we have been working hard on developing the new firewall and server as well as providing better service to our customers.
Vacations are invigorating. Our staff has are lots of new ideas, services and products in mind for the year to come. We are working to integrate turnkey solutions and cloud services for small businesses.
